Ningbo Sunrise ELC Technology Co., Ltd was established on 27 December 2001.

The company was listed on the Small and Medium Enterprises Board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) on 26 September 2018. Stock Code: 002937  

As a precision component manufacturing and R&D enterprise, Ningbo Sunrise always sticks to innovation and advanced manufacturing technology as the core, firmly holds the foundation of "building a happy enterprise with family culture", and adheres to the concept of sustainable development.

Initial Stage
2001-2005

● Establishment of Ningbo Sunrise Elctronics Co., Ltd；

● Establishment of Dongguan Zhongxin Elctronics Co., Ltd；

● Establishment of Wuxi Ruite Surface Treatment Co., Ltd；

● Establishment of Suzhou Zhongxinlian Precision Industry Co., Ltd；

Globalization
2006-2010

● Establishment of Dongguan Xinbo Precision Mould Co., Ltd and Ningbo Zhongrui Precision Mould Co., Ltd；

● Comprehensive introduction of SAP system；

● Established an international multi-management team and learned from western management experience；


Cultural Transformation
2011-2015

● Prepared Sunrise ELC Technology for establishment; Consolidated four manufacturing bases of Ningbo, Suzhou, Dongguan, Wuxi into Sunrise;

● Transformed into a share-holding company and changed its name to Ningbo Sunrise ELC Technology Co., Ltd;

● Introduction of Amoeba Management System;

● Initiated the construction of "Happy Family" company culture；

2016-2020

● Initiated the construction of Vietnam plant；

● Started production in Indonesia plant；

● Entered into automotive components for new energy vehicles and smart devices industries；

● Entered supply chain of Panasonic for new energy vehicle applications；

● Initiated plan for IPO；

● Listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE)；

2021-Today

● Vietnam plant was completed and started operation as planned；

● Topping off at Cixi new manufacturing plant；

● Dongguan manufacturing plant was completed and start operation as planned；

● Rapid growth in Automotive Electronic Components business for new energy vehicles.；
